Tucson Folk Festival Rides Again!

I am pleased to announce that “Darrell Elmer Rodgers and Rick Heyman” will once again take to the stage at the 25th Annual Tucson Folk Festival!  We’re scheduled to perform at 1:30 PM on Sunday, May 2nd, on the Museum Stage, behind the Tucson Museum of Art (the same stage we performed on last year).

This year, we plan to augment our sound with the contributions of Mr. Michael Parker on percussion, and Ms Sarah Danielle on back-up vocals. Sarah, Michael and Rick perform Jazz as the “Sarah Danielle Trio”.  Rick and I are happy that they wanted to play along on our Folk Music adventure too.

This should be fun, so come join us.

Here are some pictures from last year:

Before I sign off, I’ve got a dog picture to share that shows how similar our new pup “Sallie” is to our older dog “Rocket”.  Perhaps one day they will looked like a matched pair!
